richie's birthday

Yay - I finally gave Richie his Nintendo Wii, and he was really surprised! I can't believe I managed to keep it a secret for so long! Too bad Richie's birthday falls during finals...he won't get to really play with it for another week and a half.

When I got into work today, one of the headline articles on CNN.com was about the Wii-mote wrist strap breaking and causing the Wii-mote to go flying. I hope the wine glasses, etc. we have on the shelf above our kitchen counter (well within our Wii-mote danger zone) are still intact when I get home today!
